I felt as though my initial evaluation was very thorough and throughout my therapy Gwynne was attentive to my comment and concerns. In addition the exercises prescribed for home seem to be well focused on strengthening and adjusted as I have improved. The clinic is well organized and efficient while following COVID 19 protocol. I would definitely recommend them.

Carol @ Advanced Spine treated me for vestibular rehabilitation after a horse accident. The exercises she recommended helped me progress faster that I expected. I would recommend Carol for any person needing vestibular rehabilitation. The entire staff is excellent.

I learned exercises to help me with my back and neck pain. David did a great job of giving me easy to do exercises at home to help build my muscles and help ease / stop the pain.

I was very weak and in a lot of pain when I started out and now I feel strong and excited about my progress! I was disappointed that I had the surgery at first and now I’m thrilled that I did it! I am so thankful for all of the help and guidance!

My improvement is amazing. The expertise & precise directions given have made the improvement possible. Obviously, I had to diligently perform the exercises daily but the constant oversight & directions kept the progress going. I realize now that I am pin free for the first time in years, so changes/therapy has helped correct problems I had not addressed beyond the recent injury. Thanks so much

My therapist was outstanding in working with me. She always found better and new exercises for me and took me outside the building to walk up slopes and difficult terrain to create the right environment for me to advance our combined goals. I have been given so many exercises I have to do at home that I have timed @ 40 min each day!!

The exercises and tips given to me to reduce my pain were so helpful from my first visit. Subsequent visits helped to closer define what exercises were more beneficial. The inclusion of mental stress effects helped so much in the residual pain and gave me many tools to use in the future.

Thank you for referring me to Advanced Spine for treatment & therapy on my right knee. When I first came in, my knee was consistently stiff and painful at night & in the morning. Using the therapy & exercises prescribed by Carol. I can now sleep pain free with little to no stiffness in the knee Carol was a joy to work with. Very patient & clear in her instructions.

Dr. Gwynne Jones was and is an amazing physical therapist. Advanced Spine Physical Therapy was a great place for me. They got my knee tuned up, along with other parts of my walking parts working like they are supposed to. I will have my other knee replaced in Sept 2021. I will come here for my rehab. I have told friends and family about Advanced Spine.

From the very first time in the office I was treated kindly and professionally. The front desk staff are pleasant and made sure I knew what to expect. My physical therapist was amazing in identifying problem areas, educating me on causes and treatment modalities. She also helped me in setting treatment goals and regularly assessing my progress. Great home exercise problem and aftercare exercise plan.

Dr. Gwynne Jones has been very willing to try different methods to alleviate my pain. I’ve really appreciated her “hands on” approach. I’ve been to two other physical therapists and they didn’t lay a hand on me.

Jennifer did an outstanding job understanding my limitations and yet motivating me to stretch myself in rehabilitation. The clinic maintains excellent cleanliness standards and I felt completely safe while there.

Came in with hand pain waking me up at night. Middle two fingers were swollen and had limited flexibility; grip strength was poor and deteriorating. In fact, general condition of hand—function & pain—was getting worse after having initially seen improvement in +- 3 weeks following surgery. Jen turned the “deteriorization” around and I’ve realized steady improvement since beginning to work with her. No more pain waking me at night; grip strength has improved significantly as has general functioning of my hand.

Dr. Jennifer Wright has been fantastic—diagnosed a piriformis problem. Have been given exercises and instruction to work on this issue. Also was given manual treatment. At this time I feel 100%. No pain, discomfort, able to do all the many activities of maintaining my huge yard, garden and 100+ veggies.
Advanced Spine personnel have been outstanding.

I “loved” coming in for PT post surgery. Dr. Jen pushed me enough and answered all my questions concerning rehabilitation as they came up. The office staff is always courteous and joyful. I appreciate the detail to directions and feel that the attention given me was fantastic.

The facility is run very well. Mary (my PT) was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. I gained more confidence in my ability to walk w/out tripping or falling. We worked a lot on balance and strengthening exercises. Mary made sure to send home exercises to do on my own.

I was given a set of exercises to do at home to strengthen my muscle. After a few weeks in I added walking/jogging few times a week, then jogging without intervals.
My knees do not hurt after jogging about 3 miles. Dr. Mary also gave me advice on posture while sitting at desk. Everything I learned from her was an asset for many years to come. Very happy client here.

Exercises to strengthen the neck & shoulder area are helpful. Keeping neck/chin in a neutral position is helpful. Taking breaks when working at a computer ( at work) or doing projects at home is a forever plan. Mary Robinson, PT is awesome: very helpful & informative.

I have been helped by various therapists here over the last 20+ years—first being referred after a spinal fusion surgery that damaged a nerve in my left leg. They got me back walking and feeling good. I have returned after various injuries and each time I have received expert analysis of the problems and various exercises and treatments that have helped enormously. The latest issues have been balance and core strength and I have improved and now just need to keep it up!

I had a great experience as a patient at ASPT. Gwynne always had a treatment program that was appropriate but challenging. I feel that I have gained some of my strength since surgery. I have been given an exercise program that will keep me challenged at home as I finish my PT.

My experience at ASPT has been very positive and helpful. I’ve learned so much from Dr. Jenn. She has patiently worked with me so that now I am in little or no pain and significantly stronger. Jenn’s encouragement and specific direction was exactly what I needed to deal with and improve the nerve pain down my legs. I loved her positive attitude and feedback. It was just what I needed to keep one doing my home exercises and workouts with Craig, personal trainer. My sessions at Advanced Spine PT have helped so much. My physical therapist ( Jennifer ) is really, really good. I had considerable pain in my muscles in my shoulder and neck and she completely resolved theses issues. As you know, I’ve had considerable back issues for years and this group is wonderful.

Following successful hip replacement surgery and a speedy recovery with the great physical therapy treatment from Dr. Jennifer Wright, ASPT, sciatic nerve pain continued to curtail my activity greatly. Due to severe pain I had to sleep in a recliner, could not stand for more than 10 minutes, avoided shopping, flying and riding in a bus due to the pain. The result of her treatment, education, encouragement and reminder to continue the exercises and be patient there would be improvement.. Thanks to her treatment and encouragement, I now can sleep in bed, stand for great periods of time, shop, fly and ride on a bus, with no pain or only an occasional unrestricting twinge. It is wonderful to have no restriction to my activity any longer.

Despite my reservations we embarked on a course of functional dry needling involving both shoulders over several weeks in conjunction a stretching and strengthening series of exercises was followed at home. As a result my strength and flexibility and posture are much improved and the pain is gone. I will continue a maintenance program to keep all thing right.

Nate was very helpful in explaining to me the exercises and how they would strengthen my back and muscles. He suggested to me how to correct anything I was doing incorrectly. Always very pleasant—never felt like he was critical. It was a pleasure working with him.

I was referred because I complained of knee pain. An MRI showed a meniscus tear and some loss of cartilage. Dr. Stephanie gave me exercises to strengthen muscles in my knee, hip and abdomen. The pain is much improved and the strength of my leg is better. I am still working on my balance. While I still have some pain in the back of my knee, I am dealing with much less pain. I am pleased with the results.

I received excellent treatment dealing with pain down my leg and in my foot. I learned how to do stretching and strengthening exercises to strengthen the muscles that support my lower back. I also received treatments to loosen muscles in my leg to alleviate pressure on the nerves in my foot. If my symptoms return, I would like to return to Advanced Spine Physical Therapy.
