Kristine “Tina” Contois, PT

Tina graduated from the University of Utah in 1989 with a BS in Physical Therapy and in 1988 with a BS in Exercise in Sports Science.

She initially worked inpatient and outpatient therapy, but then focused most of her career in outpatient orthopedics and neurological rehab.  She also has experience in many other areas such as vestibular rehab, aquatic therapy, Pilates rehab, McKenzie approach, Mulligan techniques, LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s, soft tissue work of myofascial release and instrumented soft tissue mobilization.

Tina grew up in New York and spent her academic years as an elite gymnast. She became interested in physical therapy due to her being injured many times during her division one all American gymnastics career.   She recently moved to CO from Florida to enjoy family, the beautiful area, and it’s wonderful outdoor activities.

Tina joined ASPT in 2023.
