Carol Cropp, MSPT
Carol Cropp graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, MO in 1995 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Carol’s background is in analyzing dysfunction through movement and functional patterns. She initially worked as an in-patient therapist at Porter Hospital in Denver treating many types of patients including post-surgical patients recovering from spine surgeries and hip and knee replacements. Carol then transitioned to the out-patient orthopedic department where she
treated the patient types mentioned above as well as patients with generalized extremity pain.
After moving to Boulder, Carol worked for 9 years at a private out-patient clinic, treating patients with various sports injuries, cervical and back pain and other joint injuries. This is where she added t 2 more specialties to her skill base including extensive training in vestibular and balance disorders as well as TMJ dysfunction.
She has taken numerous hours of continuing education over the years to assist her with keeping current on the latest treatment techniques. Carol recently added Wellness Coaching to her repertoire. As a Coach, she supports patients in mobilizing internal strengths and external resources to develop self-management strategies thereby enabling them to make sustainable, healthy lifestyle and behavioral changes.
Carol believes in treating not only the physical but emotional aspects associated with pain and injuries.
Carol joined Advanced Spine Physical Therapy in 2007.
