Our Promise to Our Patients

Committed to Keeping Us All Safe

Advanced Spine Physical Therapy has continued to stay open to provide care for all patients requiring physical therapy, as an essential service.

As stay at home orders are eased and in light of the ongoing effort to combat the pandemic, we want you to know what to expect at your next appointment as some of our processes have changed to keep you and your families safe.

Here Are Some of the Precautions We Are Taking to Keep You Safe

We are following all of the Executive Orders issued by our State and infection control measures as issued by the CDC.

Every employee’s temperature is taken daily and employees with a fever or any signs of illness are required to stay home.

All staff wear masks and health care providers wear gloves.

Every surface and piece of equipment is cleaned after each use.

A Few Things We Ask of You

  1. Masks are required when you enter the office – cloth ones are fine. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you before you enter. All children 10 years and older are required to wear a mask.
  2. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment time. Wait in your car if you are early. If you need assistance please call us when you are in the parking lot and we will be happy to come and help you.
  3. You will be asked screening questions for symptoms of COVID-19 at every visit. Symptoms include: Cough, fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing or if you have had contact In the past 14 days with anyone who has screened positive for Covid 19.
  4. Upon entry, we will be checking temperatures of all individuals and will ask that you use hand sanitizer. You will be shown back immediately into a private sanitized area.
  5. Practice social distancing during your treatment time.
  6. Come alone if you can. Due to the limited amount of people allowed in a business at this time, we encourage patients to come to appointments by themselves when able, or only with necessary rides/responsible parties.

Telemedicine is Now Available

In response to this new “normal,” we have expanded our use of telemedicine.
