Nathan received his B.A. in Psychology from Salisbury University in 2014 while taking additional courses in Exercise Science. Following undergrad Nathan worked as a Physical Therapy Aide from 2014-2015. During this time he instructed water aerobics classes for senior citizens following their discharge from physical therapy so that they could continue to work on their balance, strength, endurance, and overall mobility.

He was part of a research group that presented nationally on this topic at the Combined Sections Meeting held by the American Physical Therapy Association in 2018. During his studies Nathan also gained experience treating people with orthopedic injuries, post op conditions, neurologic conditions, and cardiopulmonary impairments in both the acute care and outpatient settings.
Nathan enjoys working with his patients to improve their workstation ergonomics, lifting mechanics, and daily movement patterns. He incorporates manual therapy such as joint mobilization, muscle energy technique, and soft tissue massage with prescriptive exercise to help maximize patients’ mobility and functional independence.
